CommandLIFT is a remotely operated, electric power door-lift system that increases worker safety and reduces worker compensation claims by removing unnecessary lifting and climbing, minimizing the risk to your staff’s health. Activated at the touch of a button, operators no longer have to climb up onto the door frame to lift the door. The smooth, controlled movement of the power door-lift system ensures careful operation, reducing door maintenance costs by minimizing wear on the door and its components. This innovative device ensures that the roll-up doors are closed securely and will stay closed even if the door latch is not engaged, securing cargo from loss, debris, and damage from the elements. CommandLIFT can be set up to pull the bottom panel up and into the header, providing the maximum opening clearance, and deploys in 10 seconds. This results in greater efficiency when loading, as staff can move cargo more easily when not maneuvering around a door.

The CommandLIFT power door-lift system is designed with safety in mind. It will automatically stop and reverse if an object is in the way allowing the obstacle to be safely removed. Potted circuit boards on the converter and receiver box, are enclosed in aluminum, so the system is resistant to shock, vibration, moisture ingress, and corrosive agents while being suitably isolated against accidental misuse. The power-door lift can be prevented from activating when in transit by the use of a slide cover on the transmitter. Luma Bar® LED lights have been integrated into the unit for increased user safety and featuring auto shut off for when the compartment is not in use.

The H20 is a robust and fully submersible lighting assembly that is ideally suited to exterior lighting applications. This IP68 vehicle LED features a low-profile design, which saves space and makes it ideal for mounting on vehicles.  Combining the H20 with an optional aluminum extrusion provides an exceptionally efficient and versatile light, especially for ground lighting.

Ideal as an emergency vehicle LED, the H20 offers a strong, long-lasting, low-power, high-output ground light that can be relied upon while staff focus on their work. In addition to the standard clear white lens, utility white and red colored lenses are also available for easy customization. H20 comes in 12” (30.48 cm), 20” (50.8 cm), and 40” (1.016 m) lengths, allowing you to choose the best output for your needs. Also included is the Luma Bar^® current limiting device, which will shut off in the event of an electrical surge and resume once normal operating conditions are met.

The Stand Alone is the Luma Bar^® product that revolutionized compartment lighting. The compact, low-profile design creates an unobtrusive, space-saving light that can be mounted just about anywhere that lighting is required. Incorporating the Luma Bar^® patented variable aiming system, additional lighting can be conveniently provided wherever you need it most.

Supplied with a full-length aluminum mounting extrusion and encased in a high-impact polycarbonate lens, this waterproof light is a durable product that can provide many years of use, even in the most demanding of situations. Standard lengths are available, as well as custom lengths, to suit any interior application. In addition to the standard clear white lights, red and blue are also available. Alternatively, the Standalone can be ordered as a combination of red and white or blue and white. Also included is the Luma Bar^® current limiting device, which will shut off in the event of an electrical surge, and then resume once normal operating conditions are met.

The round surface mount ALS-I is designed for all interior applications. Models are available to operate using standard vehicle switching or equipped with an onboard motion sensor. The frosted lens allows for high levels of illumination while reducing harsh bright spots for operators.

Our Advanced Light System (ALS) offers a high-output LED light source in a small package. The low-profile design and compact area makes this light easy to install in any location with double-sided tape or fasteners. Featuring an IP67 rating, the ALS is a versatile lighting solution for a range of applications.

The ArtLIFT FLC can accommodate nearly any lifting stroke to suit a variety of floor heights and vehicles and offers a 220lb (100kg) lifting capacity.

The ArtLIFT FLC can be deployed in seconds while offering a smooth, quiet, and controlled lifting action to protect cylinders during lifting. In addition to the space saved by using an electric loading system over bulky hydraulics or pneumatics, electric systems are more energy-efficient, require less maintenance, and offer increased safety as there are no fluids that can create a potential fire hazard.

The ArtLIFT FLC has been designed with safety in mind. Built-in sensors prevent operation unless it is fully deployed. The free-running system offers drive motor protection, to ensure reliable operation time and time again. For emergency applications, the ArtLIFT FLC is third-party certified to comply with the NTEA Ambulance Manufacturers Division Standard 003 for oxygen tank retention systems. The CargoGUARD™ is an extremely durable door due to its utilization of  WHITING^®’s Laminated Premium roll-up door panels.  The CargoGUARD also incorporates vertical columns that cover the hinges on the interior of the door.  These hinge covers act as rub-rails and prevent freight damage as a result of load shift.  The hinge covers also help prevent valuable cargo from being caught-up and damaged by the hinges. The CargoGUARD™ is a simple yet innovative way to increase your fleet’s efficiency and reduce potential losses from damaged shipments.  The CargoGUARD is compatible with the CommandLift door system.

The Pathfinder has been specifically designed by Luma Bar^® to provide a continuous illuminated walkway for aerial applications, such as aerial ladders on firefighting vehicles. Supplied with a full-length aluminum mounting extrusion and encased in a high-impact polycarbonate lens, the Pathfinder is a durable product that will provide many years of use, even in the most demanding of situations.

The LED lighting assembly is UV and ozone-stable to prevent the lighting from yellowing, providing essential high-quality lighting for its lifetime. Standard lengths are available, as well as custom lengths to suit your walkway. In addition to the standard clear white lens, red and blue lenses are available. Also included is the Luma Bar^® current limiting device, which will shut off in the event of an electrical surge, and then resume once normal operating conditions are met.

The HingedTRUSS II™ is the strongest dry freight door built by WHITING Canada. Built to last, the double-wall extruded aluminum panels and truss design provide superior strength and puncture resistance resulting in the highest level of security and outstanding durability. The sealed tongue-and-groove joints feature an anti-pinch design, making this roll-up door safe to operate. Panel joints are also double sealed to help minimize water ingression and extend the lifespan of the door. The smooth exterior finish is ideal for adding graphics or decals. A primed finish is standard, or a range of automotive-quality paint finishes can also be provided.

The HingedTRUSS II™ comes with upgraded brush top and side seals, as well as HD5600 heavy-duty bottom roller brackets. The HingedTRUSS II™ from WHITING Canada is a high-end door solution designed to reduce maintenance and downtime.  The HingedTRUSS II™ is compatible with the CommandLIFT^® power door-lift system.

The Premium Plate roll-up door features ½” polyethylene composite panels that are laminated with a high-tensile steel skin. The polyethylene core combined with the steel skin provides superior impact protection, as well as, puncture resistance. Another advantage of the polyethylene core is that it is not affected by moisture. Therefore, the Premium Plate door is resistant to warping or rotting. The Premium Plate's panels are pre-painted white and provide an excellent finish for graphics.

The Premium Plate comes with our industry-standard heavy-duty 2” track and rollers. A fifth row of hinges (normally an upgrade) is included to provide additional support and increase the rigidity of the door. The Premium Plate from WHITING^® is a strong composite alternative to the DryFreight model and is designed for increased security and longevity. The Premium Plate is compatible with the CommandLIFT^® power door-lift system.
